Candidate Bio
Hello, my name is Diana Elizabeth Jordan. I have been a SAG-AFTRA member for over 30 years. I started and chaired the local Chicago PWD committee in 1994. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1998, I have served on the national and local PWD committees and the local and National EEO committees in various capacities. I understand how hard and frustrating it can be to feel your voice doesn't matter because I have felt that way so many times; however, it is that frustration that fuels my desire to be proactive and push forward. I, like many of you, have known I wanted to be an actor ever since I can remember. I am running to be a delegate because, whether our acting dreams have been lifelong or more recent, I want to use my mind, heart, and voice to ensure we have a union that provides equity in supporting us all as we continue to pursue those dreams.
